How To Play Online Bingo Games
First, you’ll need to know how to play Bingo, and rest assured nothing could be easier! To start with, each player is given a paper or cardboard card printed with a unique set of numbers in five columns and five rows. In the middle of the card is a ‘free’ space. A pattern that the numbers (which will you will check) must form on the card is then announced. On each turn, players must listen to a ‘caller’, so named because he announces, or ‘calls’ randomly selected numbers. When a matching number is heard, you’ll need to check the square. The first person to complete a predetermined pattern is the winner, and must call out ‘Bingo!’ to alert the caller and the other players of the win. The caller or his assistant, known as the Bingo spotter, then checks the winner’s numbers for accuracy before awarding the prize.

The ability to search one’s card quickly for numbers is the only skill that is required. Players can call out the name of their pattern instead of the more traditional ‘Bingo!’
Number Patterns
The patterns of marked numbers can either be one or two lines or a ‘full house’, meaning simply that all the numbers on the card are marked. This may also be known as a ‘blackout’ or ‘cover-all’. Other common patterns are the four corners of the card, a centre cross, a ‘postage stamp’, an inner square, a roving square (3 x 3) and a roving kite (a 3 x 3 diamond). Lines can be made horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Inner and roving squares and kites must be completely filled while roving squares and kites may be made anywhere on the card in online Bingo games.
